An attorney and graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Law, Moser played a leading role in the development and implementation Ohio’s energy policy. He specializes in energy efficiency incentives and support for private energy efficiency development efforts.
Moser has extensive energy efficiency and renewable energy development and financing experience; working with businesses and governments to help develop several large-scale solar projects and multi-million dollar energy efficiency investments.
Moser has been responsible for the management of a large docket of cases at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO). He has conducted successful bi-lateral negotiations with Ohio’s investor owned utilities, ensuring the development of sound energy efficiency and clean energy programs, and has been an effective and respected attorney at the PUCO and beyond.
Moser has co-authored law review articles on energy and environmental law published by the Vermont Environmental Law Journal and Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum.
